- The ERP for mobile phones application is available for all iPhones and iPad models. Almost all Nokia, HTC, LG, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and Blackberry models are covered. Android solution is in progress.
- Any user interface language (English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, others) is possible.
- If the user changes his handset, he can uninstall the ERP for mobile phones application from his old handset and install on the new one at no extra cost. The telecom provider does not matter, just the internet service(GPRS) should be available.
- The authentication is login based and application is as safe as the web access. Whether any data should be stored in cache and whether password should be saved on the mobile: is configurable as per the customer requirements.
